The following pages are scanned copies of the original documents I assembled in a notebook to corroborate our allegations FBI agents falsified affidavits in their effort to enhance probable cause.

I submitted this notebook in July of 1996 to Chief State’s Attorney John Bailey, who then turned it over to FBI Special Agent in Charge Merrill Parks Jr. of the New Haven Division.

During the federal trial of “Dillon v. Bailey” in November of 1998, it was introduced into evidence as Exhibit #1.
